If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, including for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, and clearance items, are non-returnable.
2. Return Process for COD Orders
If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and want to return it:
- Contact Us – Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization – We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely pack and return the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
- Inspection & Approval – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy for COD Orders
- Cash refunds are not available.
- Approved refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit or refunded via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank details for the transfer.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after return approval.
4. Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Cancellations
- COD orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If you wish to cancel before shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
